Impregnated Activated Carbon

Impregnated Activated Carbon

Product Introduction
Impregnated activated carbon is widely used to remove organic gases and steam in air or other airflows, such as hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide.

Impregnated activated carbon is made of granular activated carbon or pellet activated carbon with high adsorption performance as raw material, impregnated with alkaline solutions such as potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, and then refined by burning and drying at 130°-180°.

Impregnated activated carbon is widely used to remove organic gases and steam in air or other airflows, such as hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide.

Liquid phase adsorption, air purification, coal-based impregnated activated carbon products have large specific surface area, suitable pore structure, high structural strength, can withstand high temperature and high pressure, not easy to break and easy to regenerate, long service life, etc., and are widely used in chemical raw material gas, chemical synthesis gas, pharmaceutical industry gas, beverage carbon dioxide gas and hydrogen, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, ethylene, acetylene, cracking gas, inert gas, etc., and purification, separation and refining of atomic facility exhaust, hydrogen sulfide gas removal, PTA device oxidation gas adsorption, etc.

Applications

Impregnated activated carbon is a multifunctional and customized activated carbon product with excellent selective adsorption performance and specific catalytic activity, widely used in environmental protection, chemical industry and other fields. The following are specific applications of some products:

Removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S), sulfur dioxide (SO2)

Removal of ammonia (NH3)

Mercury (Hg) removal

Removal of sulfide

Drinking water purification

For radioactive iodine and organic iodides

Impregnated activated carbon is an advanced product that undergoes chemical treatment on an activated carbon substrate, introducing different compounds, catalysts, or metal ions into the pores of activated carbon. It retains the excellent adsorption performance of activated carbon while also possessing the ability to adsorb specific substances.
